Rangefinder questions
I am looking to buy a long range range finder? I am looking at the Nikon 1200 and the Bushnell elite 1500. Does anyone have any input on these two units. What are the max ranges for nonflective targets on both units. Tell me what you like or don't like if you own either units.

RE: Rangefinder questions
The numbers are usually the range for non-reflective targets. I went to Nikon and pulled these specs for you and it confirmed that it is 1200 yards. I use Nikon for my rangefinder, which is the 400. I don't need more than that for bowhunting. I also use the Monarch 10x42 ATB binocs and I have 2 different Monarch scopes for my .270 and my TC Encore. As you can see, I am a big Nikon fan. I pulled the specs for the Bushnell as well for you.
