B&L Elite Binoculars

Anyone had exposure to any B&L elite binoculars in an 8x50 porro prism model? I have read good things about them in several magazines, but haven't looked through a pair. Found a really good price on them and was tempted

tried a pair at academy sports the other day. they were nice and I was tempted but momma wouldn't let me. did you catch the red river shootout? man what a game!

Did catch the game. Didn't like the outcome! Although I am an Aggie (Texas A&M grad), I pull for Texas when they are playing "outsiders". Looks like Simms is the most overhypted quarterback in a while. Good luck for the rest of the season.

When you looked through the Elites, where they head and shoulders better than any you had looked through before?
