RE: Which ATV???
All I can say is stay away from any form of the Polaris. They get wet and performace is all over. You put them in a situation where they have to torque their way out, forget it.

RE: Which ATV???
In our family we have Honda, Yamaha and Suzuki. In my opinion All of the Japenesen brands are the way to go. I have friends that had Polaris an always had problems. My personal ride is a 660 Grizzly. I love it.

RE: Which ATV???
If you are looking for a machine in the 400cc area I think it will be hard to pass by a Yamaha Kodiak. Price and reliability.
I still have 2001 Arctic Cat 300 4x4 which has not given me too many problems (have already replaced the wheel bearings) But it lacks power. I got rid of my 2000 Polaris Explorer 400 2-stroke. The drivetrain is horrible. Too many U-joints and way to many driveshafts running in different directions. Also replaced many main swingarm bushings. |
