Snoogsdad, Im just wondering if you are planning to try another Cuddeback? I have very good luck with mine, I hate to hear you had a bad one, but are you sure it wasnt just a fluke, I mean, anyting you buy, there is a chance of getting a bad one. I read your camera reviews, and they are very accurate, but I think you should give the Cuddeback another shot, Yes you have to buy the card, and a reader, or something to view your pics, but I think they are the best for the money. I realize that the more pricey cams in the 500 dollar range take better pics, but I think it is the best there is for the 300 dollar range.

At this time I'm not planning on buying another Cuddeback. There are enough cams out there to keep me broke without trying any of them more than once but I wouldn't rule this out entirely. Maybe Cuddeback will offer me one to test (Ha Ha).
I just recieved a new cam yesterday and I've heard enough about the Moultrie here lately that I may have to get one of those. I'm also planning on re-vamping my sample picture pages to describe and show why I graded the picture quality the way I did. It's a good thing I like doing this stuff. John |

Hey, I can understand the money thing, I already envy you that you can buy as many as you have to test them out. I own three cams, and have tried out about 6 different models, but the Cudedeback is the only digital Ive used so far. I did pick up one of the Moulties last week for my cousin at BP so Ill have an idea of how it works within a week or so. Im anxious to find out how it performs in your testing. It is definitely cheap enough, and we dont expect much in picture quality, but I did read somewhere, that it does have a faster trigger time than the Leaf River. Go ahead and get one to try out, so we will know for sure.lol.

ORIGINAL: Ky Bob Strange...My Leaf River will sometimes have pics with a blue tint. Some do, Some don't. I agree that they are the easiest camera to operate. Mine does that sometimes too, but the photos still tend to turn out ok. |
