Treestand problems

Anyone here using an Ol'MAn Multivision ever have to watch the pins on the upper portion of the stand because they tend to work themselves out when climbing? I love the stand but this pin thing worries the crap out of me?

Just a thought ( I have not seen the pins ) but could you use locking pins or bolt and nut ect to make it safer??

If nothing else contact the company and see if they have a fix.

BTW I saw they have a recall on some of their stands.

RE: Treestand problems

I have had several different style OL MAN stands over the last several years and have experienced no problems w/ the pins working out. Does your pins have the latch that latch over and act as a keeper. If you are having problems I would also say contact OL MAN because this is the first problem I've heard of with the pins. Let us know what you find out... I'm curious..:D:)
