Elk Antler Dog Chews 4 sizes
2 Attachment(s)
Real Elk Antler Dog Chews. We go through thousands of antlers each year. We have several that just sit in our tubs. These are the perfect treat for mans best friend. The antler is full of nutrients such as calcium, phosphorus, and 50% water that will not harm your Dog. These will not splinter. The main thing is to get the right size for your dog. You need to make sure that your dog chews on the antler dog chews and does not try to actually eat it. These vary in size, shape and color no 2 are alike just like the animals that shed them each spring. We have 4 sizes to choose from. Make sure your antler dog chew is the right size for your dog so it does not choke on it. Sizes are listed with the size of the recommended dog size. Antlers are awesome! Our dogs love them. We actually had to stop using them for one of our dogs, our bull terrier, because he actually got too excited when we gave them to him. Instead of gnawing on them, he would immediatley try to break them with his back teeth so the vet told us to give hime something softer so he wouldnt break his teeth. We now give him root chews which are large chunks of roots that he can chew on for a long time but are much softer. They don't have the nutrients of antlers though. Our lab still gets antlers and we actually have to separate them in different rooms when they get their chews that way the the bull terrier doesn't steal the antlers. Here's a helpful guide for the roots for anyone who has a dog with the same issue as ours: http://www.smartdogguide.com/everyth...hews-for-dogs/
