Karelian Bear Dog

For sale. Trees squirrels and coons. Has also bayed wild hogs. Less than 1 year old. Reason for selling: will not stay home and I will not keep him in a pen with my female. Great with kids. Beautiful dog.

do you still have this dog?
where are you located?

RE: Karelian Bear Dog

Yes. He is a great dog, but I found the other day that he has become gun shy. He was bitten by a snake, just as I was shooting a squirrel a few weeks ago. I guess that's what did it. We are working on this problem now. If this is a concern for you, I would advise that we keep in touch and wait and see if I can get him over this.

I would be very interested in purchasing your karelian if he's not been fixed.

He's not been fixed. He's turned into a pretty good hog dog, though. Why do you want a Karelian?

I already have a female and I'm looking for a hunting dog and for breeding.
