Default Boar

A few years back, there was a boar in my area, that was never seen in daylight. Nighttime pics, showed he had the largest set of cutters I had ever seen. I had been patterning a 10 point buck, and I was in a spot that the 10 point should show up, that afternoon. Well, the boar came out. I recognized him by a damaged ear, but he was missing his cutters. Probably got his butt whipped real good, with the broken cutters, and forced him to move during daylight to find something to eat. Reluctantly, I knew I had to shoot him, because he had been damaging a neighbors hay field. I shot him, but not in the head, as I normally would, in case I wanted to make a european mount. I put my rifle up, as I figured that no way was the 10 point going to show. HA! 30 minutes later, the 10 point did show. By the way, this boar weighed just a tad over 200 lbs.
