low cost hog hunt
 

My future wife and I are looking to do a two day hog hunt for our honeymoon. We are from Illinois and I've been all over the internet looking for the best place for a cheap price. I figured all though the internet is loaded with places there are probably a few that aren't on here. With that being said who would you recommend for a 2 day hog hunt? probably going to use rifles or shotguns but could use bows as well. any info is appreciated.

What do you consider a cheap hunt? Do you want lodging and meals? Are you capable of caring for your own hogs after they are killed or do you need someone to care for them for you? There are many things to consider as far as what you want provided for you and one man's cheap hunt is another mans expensive one. It is getting warmer every in good hog hunting states so you will need the equipment to hold your meat cold after it is skinned and quartered until you get back home.

Look at Chappy's in Moore Haven Florida. I made a post about my February hunt there in this forum under "Got my hog!". Check it out. I think you'll have a good time there. They also have a small cabin you can rent
