Hogs ON Top of Wheat Round Bales
 

This was pretty neat. Got invited to hunt in north Texas about an hour west of where I normally hunt. Dave had been telling me for weeks about shooting hogs off of round bales and said that he had done it for the two previous nights at this one place. While I had seen some damaged bales on previous visits, no hogs. So we went by this place a couple of times before finding hogs there. However, before getting there, we had to deal with a couple of boars, first. In this case, what may make these bales especially attractive to hogs is that they are bales of wheat.

That was one big bunch of piggies and boy are they doing damage to those bales!

Great job on the hogs.

Yeah, I could not tell if that was 25 or 30 bales, all pretty much ruined.
