Be sure to let us know how your hunt goes. When is your hunt?

Be aware that the place you're talking about is only 90 acres that may not be the best place to try based on reviews I've read on the net over the last 2 or 3 years.

I agree with oldtimr

The places that charge probably often end up cheaper or similar to hunting "for free" if you are not local.

Default It's not not the cheap anymore

States anymore are looking for the chemical rather than the hunt to reduce the feral hog situation. In the meantime, I don't see a cheap hunt. Hogs are costing too much money.

When are you looking to go? There's public land in many southern states that have hogs. I'll look for the issue of hog hunting magazine I had that drew a road map out of many places to go. There are also several military bases that allow hunting and have great populations of hogs. We go to Georgia every other year to hunt deer and pigs in December. We get more hogs than deer. It might be worth it to go during deer season for a combo hunt.
