Uh...

Just for comparison, these are the other ones that come to my feeder.

Does anybody know how to tell the age of a hog? Just wondering how old they could be? The big one mostly, but the smaller ones too. I have more pics of him if that would help

Topgun 3006 08-13-2015 08:51 AM

Those smaller ones probably aren't over a year old, if that. The big boar is probably several years old at a minimum to be that big.

Thanks! Thought the smaller ones were a lil older so wasn't that far off

Wow, I hope you get him. He'll be a solid one.

I'll put the rest up here shortly, but it seems I only have hogs and coons coming to the feeder. Have 2 big sows with a BUNCH of piglets now. The jerks are standing up on my feeder! Gonna raise it up this week. I don't have time to go out there to get em, but do have a guy in my club that is retired and told him to go get em.

That first one is a big boar, but the camera angle and forced perspective also make it look a lot larger than it actually is.

The size of his cojones show he is a pretty nice boar.

Yeah - that's how you tell how old he is. Count the growth rings on his gonads!!! :eek2:
