Big Browny - goat mount drying

Here's a pic from my taxidermist. He's drying now, and should be done soon.
I busted this guy last March. He was big in the shoulders, and my taxidermist had to use the biggest goat mannequin. |
That's a very nice looking goat. How does hunting in Hawaii work? Public land? Private land?
