IMHO the guy hasn't made one accurate or meaningful post yet and I'm leaning more and more to the troll designation and the feelings that you guys are expressing! That last one of his is so goofy I can't even understand what he's saying in rebuttal to me. Aoudad in west Texas are free ranging just as are all the animals on the huge King Ranch. I guess the entire North American continent is a pen in his convoluted mind since it is completely surrounded by water/ice and the animals can't get away, LOL!

So you say you don't give a **** about free ranging animals in one sentence and then make another rather ignorant statement in the next saying they are escaped "pets". You didn't answer my question and I'd bet the reason is because you've never seen an exotic animal in your life, other than maybe a ring-neck pheasant, or been anywhere near Texas either. IMHO it's time you cease posting on this subject, which you obviously know nothing about whether you're a "real hunter" or just a plain old troll. Everything you post is ridiculous and so far off base that it's a waste of all our member's valuable time evening reading them! That link you provided is another bunch of misinformed people like yourself that are trying to equate any high fence, regardless of acreage, as a canned hunt. Why don't you go over there to post and leave this site alone, as those guys will give you all kinds of kudos and agree with everything you're spouting because your uninformed thinking definitely agrees with theirs!

Unfortunatly, to many uninformed people LISTEN to the uninformed. Just look at the Whitehouse. Buck needs to get a life & move to a place that will feed his needs.

Im glad i looked up the King Ranch and Nilgai hunting. Over 800,000 acres and no high fences. Nilgai are one of the few exotics that interest me. Im a meat hunter and bulls get pretty big. The meat is supposed to be excellent also.

My uncle has asked me every year if i would be interested in coming down there for a muzzle loader hunt and has offered to pay for it. All i need is some spending money and travel expenses. IMO the price is great compared to a trophy whitetail hunt and non resident "special" tags are cheap.

Well, i called him and he is looking into available dates for a 2 day hunt early next year.

Thats why they interest me and i have several smokeless ML loads that should be up to the task out to 300 yards. Although i doubt you would get that long of a shot in the oak groves.
