Dallas area hog hunt
I am going to be in the Kaufman area (about 1 hr east of Dallas)the second week in March and was interested in booking a hog hunt. I did some research a while back and came up with Sycamore Creek. I cant seem to get to their website anymore. Are they still in business? Anybody know if a decent operation to fling an arrow or two within a couple hour drive of Kaufman? Thanks

Yeap
If just bow hunting, I will be happy to let you hunt hogs where I go.
I will be hunting with you, but just holding the light.
IDK about charging you, perhaps paid in dinner or beer.
here is the basic location.

and you can see pics from the stand here...

We would put bait out around 15-20 yards. Corn and Hog Wild
You can go anytime within that weekend, just let me know when out there, but couldn't bring anyone else without permission.
Alternatively, we can put up the tree stand in the area I used to bow hunt, and put up a feed hole there a few weeks before you hunt. I have a game camera to get the times they come through.
Thanks,
John

Correction, if u are bow hunting, I don't have to be in the stand with you. lol, but I could be if you wanted someone to spot light.
I would need to be in the area in case the game warden stops by. (doubtful) especially if using a bow.
by then I should have my own bow and another stand, so that would be ideal. no in each others way, but still close enough to help.
just let me know.

sorry to keep replying, but my buddy brought up a good point, I would need you to sign an insurance waiver. and I will be contracting the land owner for your permission, since I have permission already, I am not sure if it extends to you.
point being, if really interested i will jump through hoops to make it happen and get you and answer asap.
