Default Finally got my Blackbuck

Tried to harvest this guy with my crossbow. I got busted by a doe when the buck stopped to relieve himself. Had he not stopped, he would have walked right into me. So I broke out the rifle and took him. THe landowner wanted him off, he was fighting through the fence with another ranches dominant male.

Would make for a great cape or shoulder mount.

Default Thanks

Thanks, it was a fun afternoon with the kids. They are a beautiful animal. Took him to the taxidermist in Kerrville for a shoulder mount. I gotta head up there in a few weeks to pick up the meat.
