Pig control scouting result
2 Attachment(s)
A co-worker's townhouse complex has a pig problem. I went to check the area for where I could set up a trap. He told me that he sees several small ones run behind his building almost every day. He told me to bring my bow and nail one off his deck.
I brought the bow, but didn't think the pigs would show on account of the people grilling next door. How wrong I was. He's not big by any stretch of the imagination, but the quarters will be good. I gave the homeowner half the meat, and got an invite to come back anytime. |
Well done. I bet the home owner was happy to have the meat.
No preservatives and much better tasting. |
That's the best way to promote positive image for bowhunters.
Good Job!!! |
Definitely a great eating size hog. Good job!
|
Those little guys are perfect for the smoker. And tender as veal. Good job.
|
they are good, but if ya have people coming ta eat, cut em up, cause they look like raccoons when they are gutted and skinned lol..or better yet, after they are done eating, tell em it was really coon lol

Nice! Nothing like suburban hog hunting. Helps all the homeowners out too. Be careful of the HOA though. From personal experience, I have found out that they tend to frown upon such endeavors. Congrats!

Congrats on the urban pig. Now go and stick some more pigs.
