Hunting Feral Swine In Michigan
 

With the way the economy is I need to put some meat in the freezer besides Deer for my family. Does anyone know where you can hunt Feral Swine in Michigan on Public or Private land?

The best bet is to go to the DNR website. Lots of info but nothing mounting to a whole lot of pigs just yet. 2-5 yrs from now you will see them everywhere there is water and food, and we have a lot of that. I plan to go this Feburary, one of my customers have asked the same question. Midland and Saginaw area has the most from where I live and the UP has a pack in some areas. Like I said take a look at the map on the DNR site you might just stay home. Maybe 300-500 hogs in this whole state might be hard to find.
