Looks likeyou have one heck of a spot. Deer, hogs, turkeys-my fave, and a varmit or two to keep ti interesting.
If you get any more pix of the spotted deer please post them, adn help solve thie riddle.
From what I've seen, the spots look a little more random than the more orderly pattern I see here in Hawaii. Maybe Axis deer in TX have a differnet pattern. Not saying I'm right and you're wrong. Most of the Axis I've seen have spots that form a mostly solid white line on that runs at an angle on the side of their rump.
