This is the stuff that makes me want to find another place to chat.

Again, I don't like high fence, but for 3 dollars a pound, for buff meat, I like that. I wouldn't mind to get some axis steaks and try em, maybe some other exotics.

Back from the fenced in Buffalo hunt...Downed with the bow....The price of the burger came out to 50 % less than what I would pay at Krogers. The price of the Fillet Mignon was 700 % less than what I would pay at Krogers.
I have 3000 dollars worth of lean buffalo meat in the freezer...like 350 pounds....The hunt was 1000 dollars....
Now that I have the my lean red meat for the year....I'm going to plan my fair chase elk hunt and start polishing my turkey decoys!
Thanks for the backing BIG COUNTRY.
I went out to harvest some lean meat for my freezer....not to act like an accomplished hunter....I learned alot about my new broadheads....made a promo video and landed some meat that I donated to the church for a wild game dinner.....In my mind....I scored.

Sounds like a great time. High fenced or not. Do you have any pics you can post?
I don't really prefer hunting high fenced either. But I'm not against it. I've never been but I'm going on a hunt in TN next month for hogs and it's on a high fenced ranch. The main reason I'm going is because it's being put on by the owner of a certain muzzleloader site I'm a member of and it's a great opportunity to meet some new folks. And put some faces to some screen names. I'm sure we will have a ball and kill lots of hogs. And it's very cheap too.
