By spot and stalk I am assuming you don't want to corn any roads and then spot and stalk do you? You just want to find them and then do a stalk?
Just an FYI, but most outfitters in South Texas are going to use corn on senderos/ranch roads to bring the javis and pigs out. So make sure you ask how they hunt before hand.

Texas Javelina Hunts
We have access to over 100,000 acres of prime hunting property for javalina in South and West Texas. These hunts can be conducted year round and for the past 8 years we have had a 100% success rate on our Texas Javelina hunts. We charge $300.00 per day per person all inclusive, 2 day minimum, you can harvest 2 javalina (this is the amount allowed by law). Javelina hunts are semi to fully guided. Generally we will corn cenderos or ranch roads and hunt safari style until we locate groups of javalina. We also have many blinds to hunt from if you so choose. This is another one of our guaranteed hunts and discounts are available for groups of 5 or more hunters.

By the way, they are charging $450 a day for a combo hog/javi hunt. Do a little more research if you want because that is pretty pricey IMO for a hog/javi hunt.

Thats understood. But I did just have a buddy book a hunt for me, him and about 6 other buddies for a hog/javi hunt last night. $275 from Wednesday Feb 18th at noon till Sunday Feb 22nd at noon. The owner and his ranch came highly recommended. He has one place thats 4000 acres high fenced or another thats 5000 low fenced. We are going to the low fenced place. I don't know on how soon your booking your trip, but if it isn't for a few weeks I can let you know how it goes and give you his info (I don't even know it myself). All I do know is the ranch is located in Ensinal, Texas (near Lerado)
