sika i took!
here is a sika i took over the break. he's a 4x3. he was a 4x4 butt his antler broke from fighting. here he is!!! i don't think the picture is going to work so can some help me out with that.

I have a question about your sika.I have only took one and it was a doe a few years back so thatmaybe part of my answere! Did your have a smell? Not a nasty dead smell but a muskie smell like a wet rutting deer?The meat from mine was good,real dark and rich flavor...not something I would suggest eating alot of at one sitting,or more sitting was in near future!:)I could only eat a 1/4 as much of it at a meal as I could the axis or fallow but still great table fare!Congrats on your sika,maybe someday I will get a chance at a buck!;)

when i shot him he hell in the mud and got covered in it so that probly covered some of the smell because i didn't notice anything. but it had some smell. and i've only ate a small steak so far so i dont know about that ha.

big country how did you do with the sika this year? we didnt make it out to assateague this year chasing the whitetail to much.
