Wild Hogs in New York??

I have heard that there have been some sightings of hogs south of the finger lakes region here in New York but I have been unable to confirm.
I am just wondering if anyone else has heard of them being this far north and if anyone can confirm these sightings as true wild hogs that have migrated....

They are supposedly getting a foothold near homer Ny ,near cortland . Supposedly they escaped from cold brook game farm.
