elephant hunting?

i wanna save up a bunch of money and go on an elephant with a bow,what would the draw on the bow be?what grain of arrow would i use?i wanna know what the best overall bow and arrow setup

Y would u want to.. killing something u prolly wont eat just to say ya did.. IMO just a hunt that serves the "whos got the Biggest **** complex" Just my opinion.

cohunting; I don't know anything about what kind of equipment you would need, but you might talk to some outfitters out there who could tell you.
transcendstime; I'm sure the meat will be eaten, if not by him/her then it will be donated to a village as usual.

The only elephant hunt I've seen on T.V. was taken with a 90# bow, using a 900 Grain arrow...

I guess you have never seen the amount of destruction one of these animals can cause.

I never found the desire to hunt elephants but on the other hand the money that the hunt generates does alot of good and the meat does not go to waste.If someone can afford the hunt then I say go for it! Money for the programs,meat for locals,and helping save habitat from destruction.There are areas that you should find good hunts with great guides from what I see on TV...ever since I bought a .458 I haven't seen one in my part of the country to hunt!
