HOGS in FLORIDA?
Hey guys. My wife wants to goto florida durning the summer months.. in the Miami area for about a week. I was hopeing there was some kind of hunting there.. any tips or direction you guys could lead me to would be great.. im thinking Hog/boar and if they have havelena that would be sweet as well.

There are a bunch of Outfitters around Okechobbee if you're gonna be in the Miami area. Game Time, L & R, too many to name.

Thanks for replying. Question for you.. L&R seems too good to be true. You know them personally? have you heard really good things about them? whats the low down, they seem to cheap. If anyone else has been to L & R please post your experiance. thanks. this seems like a PERFECT fit for me. -Chris |

Check around down there. There are several hog places that charge 100 to 200 dollars per day with NO trophey fee. I will send you a pm with my number if you are interested to try them and I can give you details.

Look up Chappy's Outfitter. My neighboor has been there a few times and has had great success. Your choice of dogs or no dogs.

X2 on Chappy's. I've used them twice and I've had a great trip both times. My party goes for the dog hunts. Dean and Jessie Pope, primary dog hunt guides,have some phenomenal dogs that impressed the heck out of me. And the rates are set very affordable so I can hunt therewhilethe rest of the family vacationsat Orlando.
