I have had good success with a .308 150 grain ballistic tip or soft point. Put it in thier breadbasket or earhole and you'll have no problem. I personally like the earhole shot, they drop right there, no tracking and they tend to dance around on thier back for a minute or two.:D

I use a 375 Big Bore on our Arkansas Hogs.
They never seem to do anything but drop, and It does'nt tear up alot of meat. That's the kicker. Goog O'L Win. Mod 94. hunter338 |

I was Born in Oklahoma, Moved to Arkansas when I was 13, and have lived in NM now for about 8 years. I still hunt all the above states whenever possible. My dad ownes land in Stone county Arkansas and I hunt hogs there every year, along with doing some smallmouth fishing. hunter338 |
