Default West's 1st hog

Wes and his dad came down from Ks to join me for a hog hunt. Wes, (user name, West), got this one with his .50 smokepole. It went through some of the thickest stuff on the place but left a good blood trail. It went about 75 yds. I felt like 750! Congrats on the first! Tonight we got to get his dad one!

Way to go West! He'll stink a skillet up for sure. Nice one!

(scuse my ignorance but what's a .50 smokepole?)

.50 caliber muzzleloader. I think he was shooting a T/C Omega.
