I would take Axis over most game to eat! I'm not going to waste any meat personally,but since I tasted Axis I LOVE IT!I shot a Sika a few years ago and is was darn good,but I was wondering if anyone else noticed that it is a much richer meat,like dove compared to quail,I couldn't eat as much sika as whitetail or axis,wish I could go get another Sika and Axis,like I said I ain't wasting any of it!
