Did you hunt state property or private? A buddy and myself are dying to try to get one in Indiana but we live in West Central Indiana and dont have any place to go. There aren't any hogs this way. Did you get them with dogs or were you still hunting. If you could help us out we would love to be able to go on a hunt for one. Email me if you get a chance [email protected]. Take care.

Is that on private land?

If we paid you would you take us out or let us go to your spot? In Indiana you do not have to be a registered guide or anything to take people hunting or allow them to hunt for payment.

RE: Indiana hogs

The reason I ask that is we dont have a spot to hunt for them. We dont have any hunting areas down that way and there arent any hogs this way. Or maybe we could swap hunts or something. Thanks.

We don't have any in Vermillion county yet. I have heard that they are coming though. When they get here I will have to give them a try. Can you see if they are tearing anything up down there? Is there a big population or are they few and far between? What is the season for them.

RE: Indiana hogs

Have you hunted there, and is it state or private property? If it is private, how hard would it be to get permission? Thanks for any help.

RE: Indiana hogs

I have always wanted to get one here in Indiana, I just didn't know where there were at. They will slowly but surely move north up there to where I am in Brown/Johnson county. I know a guy who has about 200 acres in Lawrence county, I may have to look him up and ask him about the hogs.
