Anyone know where you can hog hunt out west? Preferably close to Wyoming.

Without hunting a highfence area. You are looking at Oklahoma, New Mexico or Texas. Not close but as close as it gets. Iowa has a few places for wild boar like mentioned behind high fence. There is also a high fence place over in Northwest Colorado that has wild boar.

Are you from Wyoming? Unfortunately, itis definitely out as the pigs wouldn't survive the winters. I grew up there and didn't know what a wild hog was until I moved to Texas.

They have them in Canada. None in WY yet, they will get there in time.

california has got a nice pig population and i have gotten some trophy pigs in northern cal.
