Reelfoot lake pigs
 

Does anyone know of any good hog hunting around Reelfoot lake TN. Going down there in the middle of Dec. for waterfowl .

sorry no hogs around reelfoot. you'll have to come way east to get on hogs.

Well I'm from Southern Ill. ( Don't claim Chicago as part of my state ). I've got inlaws from Elkton Ky. near Hopkinsville. Clarksville Tn. is pretty close and that is kind of in the middle so how far are you from that. Maybee after Reelfootwe can swing your way and doa day chasin hogs. Not looking for trophies, but good eaters. Myself and my hunting partnershot a pig in Texas last yearafter snow goose hunting. One was for the Super Bowl party and the other ended up in bratwurst. Both of them were around 110 lbs. One was a boar the other asow. that is kind of what we are looking for just pig for the freezer and eatin. Is the middle of December a good time to do this? Let's gitrtogether.

i'm on the opposite end of the state from the lake. but hog hunts for meat hogs and catch and release anything over 175 is 150 per day per person. and anytime is a good time. i'm hunting 24/7/365.
