i am on a lease and have found out that there has been quite a few people catching hogs with the dogs and was wondering if this is going to strongly affect hog hunting in the upcomming months???

No, if you have hogs around it is hard to put a dent in there population.

Forgot to mention that i have jsut got on this lease, do you have any tips for getting them to come around my feeder?

i have heard putting that hog wild stuff in your feeder drum helps a bit

That will help or you can get a 5 gallon bucket and sour some corn in it and bury it in a hole near your feeder. They will root around in the area trying to dig up the corn.

Gosh, how ironic. I want to keep them away from my feeders. I have found that to attract hogs all I have to do is attempt to feed deer!

We use animal guts, hides, bones etc for luring and KEEPING hogs in certain areas of our ranch...once they know its there, they stay located on it and they keep on coming.

You WILL NOT hurt your hog population no matter what youdo short of some kind of mass poisoning.

Call your local butchering plant and offer to dispose of his "left-overs" if he isnt already.
