this bugger wanted to be a BAD boy.he doesn't look all that big the way the wife took the pic's.
look at his head and you can get a reference to his size.not real big , but big enough.
he went a touch over 200 lbs.

Brother I'm glad you posted this! So many think they need a cannon on hogs!:)
I have killed many, many hogs withMarlin 22LR! All with frontal and side head shots!

great hog tc and i hear you reb the more i read a lot of these posts it seems that everyone needs a cannon to hunt with for hogs or deer or even squirels

I wanted to save the skull for a eruo. mt.didn't want a hole in the forhead.

gonna boil it Monday AM. got it in the fridgein my shed.gotta butcher another on in the morning and can boil it all at the same time.

Thats no joke! and I get so sick of hearing it! Oh man a deer you want 270 -30-06 It seems so many people either did not grow up when all you had is all you had! What about back in the day when all you had was a single shot and the first better count! The Indians had a stick a string and a pointed rock!

Good work so many people down here think that going after a pig with a 243win is being under gunned my view is that as long as you have patience and a steady aim and are willing to pass up a shot if you can’t take a humane one then a pig will drop to just about anything.
