Hog hunting to dangerous for a woman?

The only private land I have access to, we are only aloud to hunt hogs. My husband likes to hunt with me but says bore hunting is to dangerous and he would prefer I not do it, wanted some opinions before I guilt him into taking me.

I hunt with a fella and his wife on occasion and lemmie tell ya, i would take her over some of the guys i hunt with and thats NO lie. She is fearless and keeps her calm more than some of the guys i hunt with.

I would not hestitate for one moment to take my wife. And yes, I do love her.:D

Seriously, their is no reason what so ever not for him to take you. As long as you feel confident in it, which you obviously must. Good luck with the guilt trip.

TG, does he hunt them by, Stalking, Tree Stand or with Dogs?
Are you going to hunt them too or just want to go along? My wife has gone with me many times over the years, but only on daytime hunts. We hunt with dogs and theres really no danger for her. If you are a pretty dainty girl with pretty finger nails and don't mind getting dirty and smelly when hog hunting, then go for it!:)

He hunts with dogs and by stalking, I want to huntthem but am also totaly willing to just go along, I talked to him lastnight and he said he would arrange something with a friend who has been hog hunting for about fourty years and has the best pig dogs in our parts to go with us so it would be a good experience. My husband has only been involved in hog hunting for about two years and said he would prefer I have the benifit and safety of an experienced partner if I realy want to go. Thank you allfor your opinions,I usualy get what I want so he doesnt put up too much of a fight, I just wasent sure if I was right this time, I dont like to argue when Im wrong It hurts my Im always right theory:D!
