Default barrel difference

Is there a difference in barrel configuration between a Win 94 top eject and a 94 angle eject? In other words, are the barrels interchangable?

No, the barrels are not interchangeable. The tenons are the same, EXCEPT the extractor cut is at 12o’clock on 94 (top eject) and at about 1:30 on the 94AE.

Individual rifles will also have individual tenon dimensions, so pulling a barrel from one may not time correctly (rotational alignment when the shoulder meets the receiver) when installed on another receiver.

Thanks buddy. I have a hankering for a 94 in 38-55 (even though I have a big bore in 375 win) and the prices they're going for I can get a beat up 94 in 30-30 or 32 spl. and have it rebarreled or bored out and lined in the 38-55. I'm still looking for a 38-55 tho. I found an angle eject in 375 win but found out that the thread size and diameter in the big bores are different than the others.
