Default Stevens 530A double

I just acquired a 1950 Stevens 530A in 20ga ,the action is tight and plain undamaged walnut stocked. The top snap lever is left of centre. Can this be adjusted somehow or will it need replaced.Or should I just shoot it as is? Parts that fit include Stevens 5100,530,530A,311E,D,F+H Numrich has used parts that may be worn more than what's in it.

Being left of center is not a problem so long as it locks up tight, all I shoot is side by sides and the break lever being off center is not a problem.

As a right wing conservative anything slanting left makes me suspicious. Good to know as it's the first double /side by each I've owned otherwise it is good for being made in 1950. Should be good for swatting pheasants and grouse.
