Default replacing .22 parts

howdy,

ive got an old winchester 67a bolt action .22 long rifle. its a great gun, the only problem is the reciever is so worn down it will not eject shells. i know you can replace the reciever but i dont want to damage the gun. how much surgery is required to do this? any help is greatly appriciated.

Why are you asking that if it's the extractor on the bolt that's your problem?

I've been searching the net and so far haven't found a replacement extractor for you. I'll keep trying tomorrow.

RR---That may do the trick for him. When I looked on there the other day trying to help him there was nothing in the way of the part(s) he needs like there is now. I guess it will just depend on how much he's willing to pay to repair that rifle.

call the Colorado school of trades they have a gunsmith program that people can send their guns to for little or no cost the wait is a little long but shouldn't cost much
