chamber a fresh round, unlock the bolt, pull it back till the case is visiable, carefully support the case with your thumb keeping it straight in the bolt raceway away from the ejection port till the bullet tip clears, if the round is undamaged its happening on ejection and I wouldn't worry about it, of course you could unload like this each time or switch to accubonds, just as good of a bullet (maybe a bit better at high speeds) with a polymer tip.

I saw that show. The way he was beating the loaded rounds against a post made me wonder if he was knocking the bullet deeper into the case or knocking it out of alignment. I think he would have done better to deform some tips before the bullets were loaded into the cases to eliminate the seating issues.
