Any profession Gunsmiths in VT?

Are there any professional (certified) gunsmiths in Vermont or NH? Would like to have some work done, but can only find backyard gunsmiths :confused2:

If anyone is interested, I found a great gunsmith in Vermont. He is in the Newport area and builds really nice rifles.
