front site issue

I just got a taller front site for my super 91-11 and while taking the old one off the mounting screw broke flush to the barrel. Any thoughts on how to remove it or will I now have to epoxy the new site base to the barrel.

A machinist may be able to drill it out for you. May not be worth the cost or effort if you don't mind soldering a new sight on.
