Another Replacement Stock question
 

I have a Browning A-Bolt in 7mm Rem Mag with a broken wood stock.
I recently found a nice take-off stock but it came off of a A-Bolt chambered in 30-06.

I have always thought the action lengths where the same but I've had two people tell me that a stock from a 30-06 will not fit a 7mm Rem Mag.

My question is, can I use this stock or do I need to keep looking.

I am no expert, but I beleive it should fit, a 7mm Rem. Mag has the same length of case as a 30-06, they are both built on a long action. I honestly dont see why it wouldnt. Send bigbulls a private message, he would probably be the one to ask that question.
