I wanna rebarell my 7600 ?
 

My dream rifle is a remington 7600 in 35 whelen. Though they stopped making these before i was born most likely:sad0064: But was thinking of just rebarreling the one i have (30-06). I have no idea where to even start in this process and every gun shop around me ive called doesnt do it. Any help on making this happen for me would be great guys...and thanks for your time. By the way i live in upstate new york if anybody knows where this can be done around me..?

I bought a new one from Grice's Gunshop 5-6 years ago, they get limited runs of 7600's in non standard calibers. You can find 35 Whelens at online used gun auctions.
