Its all in the trigger and break in/cleaning!!!! Just send it to Flatlands School of how to be a Lady! Im not saying that there isnt a few 700s that wont shoot, what im saying is you dont know how to shoot them. Little rough around the edges from the start is a good thing.

first a trigger job and then piller and bed the action then go with reloading different powders and bullets and play with longer and shorter total bullet and case length I have a rem 700 280cal that will shot one hole groups at 300yds if i do my part and it is blueprinted+
