Glock makes a sight removal tool that sells for about $80. I would suggest taking it to a Glock armorer rather than doing it yourself, not that it's hard to do but why pay $80 for the tool if you are only going to change the sights once. Many places will install the sights free if you buy them locally.

A lot of gun shop are certified Glock armorers, and would have the tools on hand. Many will install sights, if you buy them from that shop, for free or a very small fee $10-15.

I really like the look of the XS Big Dot tritium combat sights. I've seen them on a couple of guns, and they look like they'd be a very fast and easy to acquire sight in a hurry. I also read a write up about them in an older gun magazine (can't remember which one), and the author said that they worked very well for rapid shooting, and were more accurate than he thought they'd be.

I agree, stop by a Glock Armorer and let them change the sights out.

The Ashley XPress sights are nice, though they can be a pain past 15 yards.

I like the Trijicon night sights and also the Straight Eights by Richard Heinie.
