The group measures right at 1",no modifications to the gun at all,and trigger is set stiff as are most factory triggers.the squares are 1" on the target

DVD They may give ya some grief over that caliber but rest assured I woulda bought it all day long at that price also. Those are some sweet looking guns....doesnt look to have any accuracy problems either.

I would pick the Remington in this case. If you want to spend a little more about 150 or so go for a Kimber.

Thank you all so much for your responses, information, opinions, and recommendations.

I chose the Remington Mountian LSS and went out and picked it up at lunch today. Beautiful gun. Sure hope it shoots as good as it looks!! I'll keep ya posted.
