whats the difference between the model 700 BDL and CDL? also between the 700 sps DM and just the SPS?

A lot!!!....the CDL is more like the good wood styling of the classic.....the BDL is high shine, plastic forened tip and white spacers.....YUK!

QTomp, like Va mentioned the CDL and BDL difference are merely fit and finish.

DM stands for Detachable Magazine, the regular(SPS, etc) has a spring hinged floor plate.

QT....Like Vapodog said.......When I bought my Remingtons back in the 70's,they were using

RKW finnish on the stocks.Same finnish used on BOWLING PINS...I have not checked if they
still do!.....I have been into RUGERS for a few years.
