If you can find a copy of Shotgun News or The Gun List, they should have dealers and shops listed. These publications can be found at many good news stands. Try the shiotgun news for a web site. Many big gun stores that handle used guns may have some. Try a search for used Mauser rifles as well.

Not trying to split hairs, but your question can be interperted in a couple of ways. Are you loking for an actual Mauser rifle in 7x57 (AKA 7mm Mauser), or are you looking for any bolt action rifle in 7x57? Makes a difference. The Mauser rifle would be a surplus military, most likely, and you would need to check with surplus dealers, gunshows, or on line auctions to find one.
OTOH, most manufacturers have chambered bolt action sporting rifles in 7x57, and one should be easy to find.
7x57 is a great cartridge, can hunt anything with horns in the US. If you can't find a 7x57 to suit you, the 7mm08 would be a good second choice. More available, and ballisticly almost identical.

Melissa,
Looks like Ruger has stopped making the 7x57 except in their No.1 single shot rifles.
I believe CZ's are still being chambered to 7mm Mauser though. You might also find
an NIB (new in box) or good used one on one of the gun auction websites. I'm listing some links below. Good luck.
7x57, an excellent cartridge. Also listing a link for additional ammo source.

Edit: Found a couple, but used. One Winchester Featherweight, and one Ruger77.
I'm posting links again. Unless you're in a hurry, take your time. New (NIBs) pop up all the time.

samcoglobal.com sells mauser 95 barrelled actions, though I don't have any idea what kind of condition they are in.

Last I knew Ruger chambered the 7x57 in the M77 MK II bolt action rifle. This would be a very good gun. I have a #1 in 7x57 and I love it.

Here's one for sale on AuctionArms:

I remember the good ol' days, when you could buy an 1895 7mm Mauser through the mail, no FFL required, for under a hundred bucks (from Samco, I think). Wish I'd bought a few!
