Trigger pull weights
What would be the most accurate and dependable trigger pull weight for a deer hunting rifle?
I need to get my ruger adjusted after the season. |
RE: Trigger pull weights
A pull weight of 3 to 3-1/2lbs. should do you fine for a hunting rifle. I wouldn't recommend less than 3# for a big game rifle.

Agree with 2.5, to a max of 3.

For me three pounds max is good.

2.5 to 3 for me.

RE: Trigger pull weights
Most of my Ruger M-77's triggers are set 3-3.5#'s. For hunting especially when wearing gloves I don't want them any lighter.

As stated 3 to 4 lbs is good for a hunting rig
