AYA shotguns?

Anyone know anyhting about these guns? My brother in law picked up a 16 guage today stamped aya but has Sears Roebuck stamped on the barrel. It's a double barrel side by side as well. Any info would be appreciated.

I owned a 20 gauge s/s AYA years ago. It was nice and light and balanced beautifully, never should have sold it. They are spanish I believe and have many grades with the better ones being fairly high end stuff. Do a google search, might work.

AYA's are Spanish made. I believe the gun made for Sears was the AYA model Matador. I have a 12 ga. Very nice sxs cosmetically and for shooting without a steep price tag, IMO.
