Slugs in a ported tube choke?

I was wondering if you can shoot slugs in a ported tube choke ?

I don't know of a choke tube designed to have slugs shot through it that's ported. Usually you get the best results with a flush mounted improved cylinder or modified tube. The rifled tubes aren't ported.

Ported tubes are meant to reduce felt recoil , not shooting slugs. You'll need a rifled tube to shoot slugs , or no tube at all and shoot rifled slugs.
